After 10 minutes, you will have to be rescheduled. REQUIRED CONSULTATIONS: When booking any permanent makeup service, if you have previous tattooing, a consultation is REQUIRED. DEPOSITS hold your time slot and are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING: please reschedule atleast 72 hours before your appointment. If within 72 hours before your appointment, there is a $30 fee per hour to reschedule. You may reschedule any appointment once, if needing to reschedule any same appointment multiple times, there will be a fee at time of reschedule.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy

CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE:
If you no show, you will be charged for the remainder of the service you booked. You will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
You must reschedule 72 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule for ANY reason (including sick/ emergency) your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule any appointment once, if rescheduling same appointment multiple times will result in loss of your deposit.
LATE POLICY: We allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late, please message Alex 3364226074 immediately to see if you can still be seen.
