DEPOSITS hold your time slot and are non-refundable & only transferable if you reschedule 14 days before your existing app, anything after 14 days your deposit is forfeited. We allow a 10 minute grace period. ANYTHING after 10 minutes, you will have to be rescheduled and you will be charged as a no show/ last minute cancellation. **Excludes brow henna & tint & wax services which only have a 5 minute grace period

Cancellation Policy

Please READ through all policies! CANCEL at least 48 hours before your appointment. Anything less will be charged a 100% service fee. LATE POLICY: We allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are 11+ minutes late after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service & will lose your deposit. **Excludes brow henna, tint & wax services which only have a 5 minute grace period.
